HealthEx users can bring together their MEDITECH records with other major EHR systems on the platform, simplifying a process that has historically been slow, fragmented, and opaque.

Now individuals have a single on-ramp to their comprehensive health history. They verify their identity, grant consent, and retrieve their records across providers, all in minutes. Every action stays transparent, auditable, and revocable at any time.

Expanding the national network

HealthEx retrieves records through TEFCA’s national interoperability framework, which establishes trusted, secure exchange between Qualified Health Information Networks (QHINs) and participating organizations. Connectivity through QHINs Health Gorilla and MedAllies opens a broader set of clinical data sources for HealthEx, reaching a significantly larger number of MEDITECH sites nationwide.
